Avatar Na'vi name generator

This name generator will give you 10 random Na'vi names fit for the Avatar universe of James Cameron.

Na'vi are tall, blue beings from the planet Pandora. On average they're about 10 feet (3 meters) tall, they have slender bodies with long tails, big, amber eyes, and four fingers on each hand, including opposable thumbs.
The Na'vi are hunter-gatherers with a strong spiritual connection to their world, each other, and their deity Eywa. They believe Eywa acts to maintain a perfect balance on Pandora in terms of nature and its ecosystems.

As far as names and the Na'vi language go, things get a little more complicated. There are rules that dictate how names are formed, what consonants can be used at the start of a word, which at the end, and so on, but there are no naming conventions for individual names. The only thing there is is a structure, which is 'name' + 'te' + 'name' + 'name' + 'gender based suffix'. The first name is a personal name, the second name is likely a family name, family clan name or something similar, and the last name is the name of either the father in the case of men or the mother in the case of women. Then that name ends with a suffix that roughly translates to 'son of' or 'daughter of'. The 'te' part translates to 'of' or 'of clan'.
So the name "Neytiri te Tskaha Mo'at'ite" means "Neytiri of the Tskaha clan/family, daughter of Mo'at".

The complicated part comes in the way words are constructed. Na'vi uses sounds that are pretty alien to most languages on Earth, so to most people the names can be hard to pronounce. There's elements represented by 'tx', 'kx', and 'px', and both 'rr' and 'll' are used as pseudovowels, which means a word like 'kllpxiwll' is a valid word (it means lionberry).
Then there's the way syllables are constructed. Each vowel represents a separate syllable, and each syllable can start with 1 or 2 consonant sounds ('ts' + 'px' is technically still just 2), and end with 1, but could have just a single vowel. There's no limit on how many vowels can be next to each other either. So the word 'awaiei' (meaning banshee of paradise) has 5 syllables (aw-a-i-e-i).

Na'vi also has 4 diphthongs (aw (like 'ou' in 'mouse'), ew (like 'eo' in 'Leo'), ay ('y' in 'my') and ey ('ey' in 'hey')), which can make words look even more complex than they really are. I've made sure the chances of these, and of clusters of vowels is low as well, but I didn't avoid these or the more complex elements completely since this might be exactly what some people are after, and they are part of the language after all.
