This name generator will give you 10 random names fit for the weapons part of the Percy Jackson universe.
Weapons play an important role in both mythology and Percy Jackson. From Percy's Anaklusmos/Riptide made of celestial bronze, meaning it can only harm demigods and monsters, to the Thalos or Medusa's head, which both served as important weapons (and beings) in Greek mythology. Many weapons (and items) possess magical abilities their wielder can use in battle, but the vast majority of them are either existing items from mythology or are simply referred to as a person's object. For example, Annabeth's Knife, Tyson's Javelin, and so on. Those that do have names either already have them when their new wielder receives it, like is the case with Percy's Anaklusmos, or are named by their new wielder, as is the case with Luke's Backbiter.
In this name generator, you'll find two types of names. The first are Greek names with their translation in brackets, much like both Anaklusmos (Riptide) or Katoptris (Mirror) from Percy Jackson's universe. The second are English names, similar to Backbiter, but covering a wider range of themes. Of course, the translations part of the Greek names could also serve as additional names, especially when the translation is only a single word rather than a phrase. Either way, there's plenty to choose from.
